The company began operating in 1997 as T&T Life Support Academy, a family-owned and operated organization.  In 2006, the focus broadened to include occupational health and safety, so the name was changed to WorkSmart Solutions, and later incorporated as WorkSafeT Solutions, Inc.  Within a very short time, the company experienced incredible growth as news of their top quality services spread though the community. Today, literally thousands of people have been trained, virtually unanimously praising the company's training with words like clarity, confidence and competence.
