Flag Networks Inc. is family owned and operated by Heather Allen and Lorraine Allen. We first opened our doors on April 28th 1986 just down the street on Richmond Rd. We moved to a larger and more accessible store (parking out front) at 911 Richmond Plaza in January 1997.
In March 2001 we cut our ties with our sole supplier, changed the name to Flag Networks and began to set up relationships with various suppliers. The idea behind the change and name is that we are now an independent store who uses a network of suppliers (instead of being tied to just one - as in a franchise situation) to get the best prices and quality possible for the customer or end user. We mainly started by selling both custom sewn and printed flags and banners as well as a wide variety of stock flags. Added since then are related products such as windsocks, pennant strings, kites and street banners. Corresponding hardware and both indoor and outdoor flag poles as well as installation are also now available.
